WHAT IS SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME?

We ship orders worldwide delivered at doorstep, It depends on where you are. All orders processed through from Monday-Saturday will take 3 to 5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10 to 20 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Please email contact@muicin.com and a member of our team will be more than happy to assist you! When returning your product, please use a guaranteed/insured method of shipping (with signature confirmation) so that your item is protected and does not get lost in the mail.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY, AND HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

We are sorry to hear that our product did not work out for you. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 07 days after receiving your order. Once you ship your return package, please notify us with the tracking number. Please note: Shipping fees will be deducted from your refund, as shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

To cancel an order you must contact us ASAP to process the cancellation. Orders usually ship within 24 hours of being placed. Please write an email to contact@muicin.com within 24 hours to cancel your order. Otherwise, your order may already be shipped. Any orders placed on weekends will be processed or cancelled the following business day.

 

WHAT IF MY PRODUCTS ARRIVE DAMAGED OR MISSING?

Dear Customer, We would like to request you (PLEASE ALWAYS MAKE A PROPER PARCEL OPENING VIDEO) as it is in your favor, If you receive parcel with damaged or missing product, we need a PARCEL OPENING VIDEO to process your complain.

If your order arrive with damaged or missing product due to either human error or shipment by the carrier, please save the box and products and notify us immediately with your PARCEL OPENING VIDEO by WhatsApp (+92 325 155 2555) or by writing an email at contact@muicin.com. The shipping provider will inspect the package and pick up the damaged goods, and your products will be replaced. Missing product will be sent to the customer after reviewing PARCEL OPENING VIDEO.
