To cancel an order you must contact us ASAP to process the cancellation. Orders usually ship within 24 hours of being placed. Any orders placed on weekends will be processed or canceled the following business day.

 

WHAT IF MY PRODUCTS ARRIVE DAMAGED OR MISSING?

If your order arrive with damaged or missing product due to either human error or shipment by the carrier, please save the box and products and notify us immediately with your PARCEL OPENING VIDEO by WhatsApp (+92 335 6684240) or by writing an email at info@muicin.com. The shipping provider will inspect the package and pick up the damaged goods, and your products will be replaced. Missing product will be sent to the customer after reviewing PARCEL OPENING VIDEO.
