GINGER HAIR MASK - ANTI HAIR FALL - STRENGTHEN & REGENERATE

Muicin Ginger extract hair mask rich with natural ingredient to make your hair soft shine and silk. 
First Step
Apply Muicin Ginger shampoo to wash your hair, get hair clean and ready to soak up the key ingredients of hair keratin treatment. If you have straight hair, wash twice if you have extremely curly hair, add at least one more wash.
Note
 Do not use a conditioner. Also make sure hair is thoroughly rinsed and Towel dry hair gently but leave some moisture so hair can easily absorb the product.This product is for external use only do not eat. Avoid contact the eyes. Store in a cool, dark place, keep out of reach of children. Due to individual differences in skin ,it is recommended to do a patch test behind the ear before use. In case of any discomfort, stop using it immediately.
Second Step
It's time for the main event applying your hair mask! Spread the cream evenly throughout your hair, piece by piece. Massage the product in from the roots to the tips. Coat your strands with the keratin treatment, starting from the tips going up. Stop at one inch from the scalp, then comb through your hair with your fingers . " To optimise the mask's effect, cover your head with a hot towel for at least - 10-15 minutes.
Third Step
Rinse thorougly with lukewarm water to make sure there's no product buildup left on your hair as this may cause dandruff.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY, AND HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

We are sorry to hear that our product did not work out for you. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 07 days after receiving your order. Once you ship your return package, please notify us with the tracking number. Please note: Shipping fees will be deducted from your refund, as shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

To cancel an order you must contact us ASAP to process the cancellation. Orders usually ship within 24 hours of being placed. Please write an email to contact@muicin.com within 24 hours to cancel your order. Otherwise, your order may already be shipped. Any orders placed on weekends will be processed or cancelled the following business day.

 

WHAT IF MY PRODUCTS ARRIVE DAMAGED OR MISSING?

Dear Customer, We would like to request you (PLEASE ALWAYS MAKE A PROPER PARCEL OPENING VIDEO) as it is in your favor, If you receive parcel with damaged or missing product, we need a PARCEL OPENING VIDEO to process your complain.

If your order arrive with damaged or missing product due to either human error or shipment by the carrier, please save the box and products and notify us immediately with your PARCEL OPENING VIDEO by WhatsApp (+92 325 155 2555) or by writing an email at contact@muicin.com. The shipping provider will inspect the package and pick up the damaged goods, and your products will be replaced. Missing product will be sent to the customer after reviewing PARCEL OPENING VIDEO.
