• MUICIN Nude Naughty Eye shadow Palette is a new, rose-toned neutral palette with a mix of finishes and formulas across 18 shades.
• Per the brand, there are 5 different formulas within it. It's not the most user-friendly palette with so many formulas as some apply just fine with dry brushes and others really work best with a fingertip or a dampened brush.
• The mattes seemed more blend-able and better-performing, overall, compared to some past offerings by the brand, though they were a softer, more powdery formula.
• The marbleized eye shadows were easier to use than anticipated but can be hard to visualize how they will appear when putting together a look as they end up mixing to a color.
• In general, the more sparkly and metallic shades were better applied with a fingertip to minimize fallout and improve evenness in the lay-down of the product.

WHAT IS SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME?

We ship orders worldwide delivered at doorstep, It depends on where you are. All orders processed through from Monday-Saturday will take 3 to 5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10 to 20 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY, AND HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

We are sorry to hear that our product did not work out for you. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 07 days after receiving your order. Once you ship your return package, please notify us with the tracking number. Please note: Shipping fees will be deducted from your refund, as shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

To cancel an order you must contact us ASAP to process the cancellation. Orders usually ship within 24 hours of being placed. Please write an email to contact@muicin.com within 24 hours to cancel your order. Otherwise, your order may already be shipped. Any orders placed on weekends will be processed or cancelled the following business day.

 

WHAT IF MY PRODUCTS ARRIVE DAMAGED OR MISSING?

Dear Customer, We would like to request you (PLEASE ALWAYS MAKE A PROPER PARCEL OPENING VIDEO) as it is in your favor, If you receive parcel with damaged or missing product, we need a PARCEL OPENING VIDEO to process your complain.

If your order arrive with damaged or missing product due to either human error or shipment by the carrier, please save the box and products and notify us immediately with your PARCEL OPENING VIDEO by WhatsApp (+92 325 155 2555) or by writing an email at contact@muicin.com. The shipping provider will inspect the package and pick up the damaged goods, and your products will be replaced. Missing product will be sent to the customer after reviewing PARCEL OPENING VIDEO.
